• How do I book my vehicle in?

  Use Book a service on this website, or call or WhatsApp us. A booking request is not a confirmed slot: we get back to you to agree a time.

• How will I know where my vehicle is?

  Once your vehicle is booked in, you get a private link that shows where it is in the workshop, from arrival to ready for collection. You can also open it here under Check my vehicle, with your number plate and the phone number you gave us. It shows your vehicle only.

• Will I get an invoice and a receipt?

  Yes. You get an invoice for the work and a receipt for every payment, and both are on your vehicle's private link.

• How can I pay?

  We accept USD cash, EcoCash and Bank transfer.

• Can I collect my vehicle before the invoice is paid?

  A vehicle is released once its invoice is paid in full.
